If it is turning brown it is probably dead. Coniferous tree species take a very long time to show problems, so when you see brown it is most of the time too late. But without a picture it is hard to tell - how to is explained here in this forum.
As an estimated guess I'd say you bought a very young juniper labelled bonsai somewhere, and placed it inside?

No I have never taken it inside. It always stays here outside. I test the soil to water it. I don’t know what I’ve done wrong

When was it wired and who did it? The wire is going over foliage , that could be causing the browning, overall very badly wired. unwire carefully by cutting away the wire without damaging needles or bark.
The remaining green foliage is not looking to good either, how much water does the plant get?

I bought it wired as is. It was fine and healthy. I water it roughly twice a week right now. I feel for the soil. I also mist the foliage.

Twice a week? I water mine daily, and with this heatwave twice a day!!
Leave the brown bits on but remove the wire by cutting it away as already stated
