Hi everyone hope you can help,
I'm looking for some suggestions for my Chinese elm as I have no idea what's going wrong with it, I've had it a small amount of time now (brought in early Jan) and it doesn't seem to want to stay healthy long.
Its on a window sill that gets good early morning sun (south facing garden in the Uk) and moderate afternoon sun but not to strong.
It gets watered whenever it feels like it's starting to dry out, and I test by putting my finger in the soil so regularly at the moment, and fed almost once a month as it seems it doesn't need it regularly.
I have checked for bugs and treated a previous infestation a few months ago. The yellowing of leaves as seen in the photos seems to be a regular cycle for the tree and I just want to know what's going on or if there is any advice as it seems to drop a load of leaves before budding again when it shouldn't be acting like that? Any advice?
