Hello,
A few weeks ago I bought a bonsai kit from amazon with 3 types of bonsai. On instructions it say to keep the bonsai seeds in pots out of sun light for 3 weeks and after that to put them on fridge for 5-6 weeks.
Today I had a look at my bonsai and just discovered two of them actually start growing. Now I don't know if to put them in the refrigerator or to let them outside.
Can somebody give some advice here?

if they have started sprouting do not put them in the refrigerator. btw these are not bonsai they are tree seeds and seedlings they have years maybe decades before they become bonsai.

As Crent said: you didn't get bonsai seeds but just normal tree seeds that will grow out to become normal trees. They will need at least 10 years and several techniques executed on specific moments in the year to become something remotely looking like a bonsai.
Just let them grow now, all you need to do the first years is only horticultural: water/repot when they grow bigger.

OK, thank you for answering.
Now they are in that foil, but it looks like will not have enough space soon. Should I take the foil out?
And how often to water? On the instructions doesn't say anything about that.
I know they aren't bonsai yet, but didn't know how to explain in another way.

As it is summer the seedlings would be better outside in a shaded area. once they are big enough to handle then the can be pricked out into separate pots. Watering needs to be when needed, not to a schedule, and do not let them dry out. Depending on where you are in the world will depend if the need some protection in the winter, but that does not mean inside a house. Buying seed like this is very very expensive, they can be collected for nothing. If you must buy seeds then look for tree seeds, the price will be very considerably less.

Google will tell you about bonsai groups near you. They can tell you how they treat the trees during different parts of the year. Some places you would want to put the trees inside an unattached building, some you would want to heat a little, some places almost ignore the weather. I leave mine outside for the winter, and watch for a cold snap. If it drops too far, I put them down on the ground unless they have leaves and then put them in the garage.
One thing to watch for is summer extremes. There are a lot of places getting highs several degrees higher than records. You want to adjust local habits slightly.
