Juniper bonsai help

hi I am new to the bonsai growing community I bought a 5 year old juniper bonsai tree. I live in Texas and it's summer so not sure how many times I should water a week so I don't get root rot any info would be great

tree needs to be outside, depending on your heat but general rule when soil is dry to the touch you water. never water to a schedule. im in summer as well with high heat and im watering 2 sometimes even 3 times a day not a week but a day. your soil looks very dry in my opinion so water your try and keep your soil moist.

I've watered once a day in the am mainly 11am CST now the pot I have is what the lady gave to me when I bought it should I water till the water pours out of it like a faucet at the bottom to holes that have a mesh filter over the holes or is that considered to much

That sounds right. After I have watered my trees the whole garden is a sauna in summer, there is so much water everywhere, benches dripping and all.
