Hello, I just got 3 young Japanese green maples and one of them has this mess on the bottom of the pot. Considering this is not the repotting time of the year, should I add extra soilt and put it in a bigger pot Or should I just cut the extra roots Or I should just let it be until the early summer?

Cut the pot away and put into a bigger pot without touching the roots as much as possible.
