Newbie looking for advice- several matters was created by Newbie-bonsai

Hi there everyone, I’m very new to this so please bare with me. I today received my first bonsai and I am looking for some advice on what I need to do with it - I have done some research and understand the water techniques etc (complete basics) I was wondering if anyone could tell me the type of tree or any further details about it ( I will attach a photo) I would also be interested to know what type of condition it is in and what (if anything) I need to do.

Much appreciated

It is a ficus ginseng and it is not a bonsai ( search this forum for " why is my ficus ginseng not a bonsai"); it is a mass produced plant that is placed in a bonsai pot and labelled bonsai.
To be short: it is one species of ficus grafted on the roots of another ficus.
Indoor/outdoor is an ongoing discussion: for me there is not an entire plant that lives naturally indoors. There are species that need higher temps so they can " survive " inside, but it is best to place them outside when temperatures are high enough ( our summers). But ficus dislikes being moved around.
If you are interested in bonsai, this forum is a good place to start, lots of info, lessons,.... to be found here
