Hi everyone! I need some help if anyone is able and willing to give it.
The ficus in question was given to me in december 2018. I kept it at work in my office; it had sunlight, but wasn't directly on the sun and I watered it when the soil was (not too) dry. I won't say that I gave it a perfect care, but I thought it was in ok shape.
Now, because of the pandemic and a series of unfortunate events, the ficus was left at my workplace and I was unable to go and take it home nor to ensure that it had "adequate" care.
Almost 4 months later, I returned to my workplace to find the ficus in this state (pictures attached); it was moved from its regular place,I guess overwatered and lost a lot of leaves.
Is there a way for me to help it recover? Is there anything specific I should do?

I would place it outside in dappled sun. Let it grow for a few months and in midsummer look at trimming back.
Lucky it was still alive. SOmeone must have watered it for you.
