Hello guys!
I have been trying to raise a couple of trees from seeds that I got as gifts. In the last two weeks my trees have gone from healthy bright green new growth to looking withered and sick. Two of them are starting to turn white and one is browning. I have no idea what caused this change and I need some advice with what is going on with them and how I should approach the situation.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Well, seedlings like that turning color like that... are probably dead.
Are they inside or outside?

They are about 2 years old. And they are being kept outside.

2 years? They look a lot younger...
Did you change watering schedule, did they dry out one time, stood in full sun during hours,... did the dog pee on them..( don't laugh, it happens....)

One was planted in spring of 2018 and the two that share a pot were planted spring 2019. I did not use much fertilizer as I didn't know how it would impact seedlings. I don't have a consistent watering schedule and they aren't in direct sunlight.
I usually water them when their soil is dry but I have neglected them a bit in the last weeks due to exams. The weather has been mostly sunny but there have been some days with heavy rainfall. Do you think they need more water?
And we don't have a dog so that can't be the problem

That " neglected a bit last weeks" will probably be the cause- seedlings can die from just one time being too dry.

Is there anything I can do to help them recover? Would feeding them right now be the wrong thing to do?

Never ever give fertiliser to a sick plant, and do not fertilise seedlings at all. Btw fertiliser is not "food"for a plant, sunlight is food.
It's probably too late but place them in the shade, water carefully and don't forget them anymore. But I have very little hope for them.

At this time, feeding them would probably be harmful, or fatal.

So I should just leave them be, make sure they are watered and hope they will survive? Is there nothing I can do?
