Hello everyone! Last February we were given as a gift a podocarpus. The tree was kept indoors (cause such were the instructions given by the florist) for 3 months, but after a little bit of research I put it outdoors. The tree seems to me dehydrated even though I water it as needed. I also add fertilizer but it's not getting back its life. What should I do?

sorry to say but that tree is dead, or 99,9% dead
There is not one tree in the entire world that lives naturally indoors... I know it was sold as an indoor plant but being inside killed it. You were probably too late placing it outside. If you check this forum you will find hundreds of similar posts from people with dying or dead trees, all because they were placed inside.
There is an ever so slight chance that there is some life left somewhere, so place it somewhere with dappled sunlight, water not on a schedule but by looking/feeling the soil ( looks really dry now btw), water until the water runs out from the drainage hole, and throw these pebbles away, they prevent water entering the soil.
