There are divided opinions about coffee and about coffee grounds. Unused coffee grounds are said to be full of bad chemicals for plants. Used coffee grounds are said not to be, so coffee probably has what is supposed to be bad for the plants. I would not try plain coffee.
Milk? I would think that the main result would be a bad smell around the plant, but I am sure that the bugs would appreciate it. I would not do this.
