I had a 名媛直播 kit bought for my birthday I've read the instructions carefully more than once. After soaking seeds overnight and planting them just over a week ago, they are now still in pots inside plastic bags with holes in for air to get in out of, they are in a cool but light area of the house and this Saturday following the instructions I'm due to store them in the fridge for upto six weeks. It's not till this is done that it then mentions watering the soil and keeping it moist rather than wet once they are out of the bags.My concern is should they also be kept moist from the day of planting rather until after being removed from the fridge. Maybe I've just mis-understood the instructions and I've fallen at the first hurdle. There is condensation in the bags and droplets of water inside but the soil looks dry to me. Any advise would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

First things first: i hope you do understand that there will not grow bonsai out of these seeds but normal trees?
Now we got that out of the way: your question is really purely horticultural, iow: how do i plant seeds ( or sow plants...). To answer that, just look at nature Seeds drop /fall off/fly away in autumn, lay on the ground during a colder period and germinate when it gets warmer in spring. So,the stratification is to mimic that cold/winter period.
The easiest way would have been to just plant them in autumn , place them outside and watch them grow in spring.
Concerning your question: do not overthink this: it's just seed., it doesnt need anything yet in the fridge
