If you go to the how to section of the website here there is pretty specific information about fukien tea.Psmmarino wrote: Ugh ok lol well I’m gonna try my best to keep it alive. I have hope lol I’m going to try grow lights during colder seasons and try to increase humidity without ruining my walls. Thank you! Also what species of bonsai would you recommend that can withstand colder temperatures and be kept outside year round?
As for good trees for year round outdoor, just look out the window. The woods are full of trees that live outside. Or, join a local bonsai society and see what local members have and see how they protect them. Around here winter protection is to stop fertilizing. Other places it is more difficult.

No moss when first purchased and repotted. I repotted it a day after purchase and it didn’t start appearing until a couple days ago. Had it about a week or so now. I’ve read overwatering could be an issue but I don’t believe I am overwatering. But I am new to this so I might be for all I know.

Would you happen to have an estimate as to the age of the tree? I’m thinking no more than 5 years old
