Since last summer, that it didn’t get the right watering, I’ve been trying to get it back. Even though it has lots of dry needles it’s not loosing them. I keep it outdoors, with early morning sun only and water it every other day and no luck. Could I have some advise from experts?

Your juniper is outside, that is already something, but the pictures are really out of focus, can't see too much really. Could you make a few better ( sharper, in focus) pictures?
