I have started to grow a bonsai tree from a “grow your own” gift box. I have no idea what to do next. There are 2 growing in the same pot, do i need to separate them? When should i move them into a bigger pot? Etc please help me! Advice would be greatly appreciated

No need to separate them just yet. Let the get use to outdoor conditions. Wait until their true leaves are fully established. While doing this you can research exactly the needs your species needs and get the appropriate things ready for potting on. I.e Soil, location, watering & feeding schedule

I assume it would say on the box.
I have a grow your own kit on the go at the moment. The box says it includes: Japanese Cedar, Red Maple, Italian Cypress, Wisteria, Judas Tree and Dwarf Mountain pine. There should be something included in the kit that explains the species.

Very likely a pine, but could be a larch or other coniferous species. Give it a few weeks to see how it develops

... you do understand that there is no such thing as bonsai seed, that there will grow normaal trees out of that seed ?
