Hello.
I have a 23 year old Ficus and it is really sad. Can you tell me if the tree is worth keeping or can be brought back?

Looks like there are 2 good leaves on the tree. So yeah, you can still bring it back.
Where do you keep it, what it your climate etc?
Is it an option to put it somewhere in a spot that has sunlight?
Has it recently been repotted?
Providing a humid warm and bright environment can help.

Thank you for the response.
I replanted the tree last month in bonsai soil and as well added fertilizer on top.
It currently is in a room facing west. I do have a plant grow light on it 8-12 hours a day. Do you think it really works.
I am in eastern Canada with dry environment. The tree is in a rock dish with water to hopefully provide more humidity.
I can place it in a south facing window -
Should I be doing anything different with the tree for it to grow more quickly?
Thanks again.

OK..
Repotting a sick tree is a bad idea unless you really know what you are doing. And it rarely helps..
I would put it in a large transparant bag. I do not believe the grow light does much. I would give it real sun.
