Not happy Chinese pepper

Hello,
I've got a Chinese pepper 11 years old. We have become a family around 6 months ago. We had our ups and downs but in general the tree was very happy. Right in front of the sunny window, no radiators and mostly abundant watering.
2-3 days ago i notice not very happy leaves and I try to troubleshoot what happened before its too late. Here are my hypothesis:
- since it began to be warmer outside we let the window open. I think that the temperature might have gone below 15 C/ 50 F during 1 or 2 nights.
- I have been giving it a very diluted 名媛直播 fertiliser once a week, but I wonder if it was not a good idea for the roots. ( 1 coffee spoon in 500ml water, which is more diluted than the advised bottle cap per 1Litre)
Since then I have out it away from the window we open to another room where the temperature is stable. There is a bit less light though. watered abundantly allowing all the excess of water to go out, leaving the soil very very moist, first before putting it back in the tray.
So far in 2 days there was no significant change, which i consider good as its not going worse.
But i wonder what is the realistic time frame before id need to go to the closest bonsai store to let them save thee tree?
Thank you in advance for your help

The temperature fluctuation should not be an issue. Trees experience all kinds of temperature swings in nature. 15C/50F is around the overnight low temperatures you can start bringing tropical and sub-tropical plants outdoors for the growing season (the ones that need to overwinter indoors).
There is such a thing as overwatering any plant. The soil needs to dry out just a little between waterings. Constantly very wet soil usually leads to root rot, and ultimately death.
Your fertilizer to water ratio seems high, but I don't how how much of your product is nutrients and how much is filler. I would hold off on fertilizing until your tree's health improves.

Unfortunately no good news.
After my last message ive noticed more leaves drying and falling hence I deducted that it’s probably not the overwatering (please let me know if I’m wrong , just seems counterintuitive )
So since I’ve done a bath 10 min in water in the sink to make sure that the rootball is watered - drained it and put in the full sunshine in the window.
Also examined roots and for insects - all seem normal
The leaves were too damaged already so I don’t hope of them to regenerate but I hope to get new leaves.
Did anyone experience this ? Are there any other troubleshooting that I can do to find what happened ? Or just be patient and wait ?
Thank you !
