Hi, can someone help me please in the identification of this bonsai tree. I was given it so I'm not sure on what it is or even if it is a real bonsai tree. Have a look at attached pics so I know what I'm looking at so I can give it the best care.

Ficus Microcarpa. House plant, indeed not a bonsai.
This is a grafted tree, seems the base is growing, but the graft (top part, above the cut) is dying.

Ficus is used for bonsai though and you can find the care guidelines under 'Tree species', top of the page.
