Hi there. My daughter was given this bonsai a month ago, however didn’t know which variety was, it then developed tiny white flowers. Unfortunately over the last couple of days it had begun to look very sick. If anyone could help we would be grateful

Hard to tell from the photos as they don't show much detail.

Probably a Serissa. Very sensitive plants, hard to keep alive (for most people).
They drop leaves when you wear the wrong colour shirt.

Again, can't tell from the photos, but this one seems not recoverable.

I guess Auk is right, it seems to be a very weak Serissa.
Don't look at them sideways, don't talk too loud in their presence, don't play country music at all, or they die.
