Hi can someone help me please
I have two privet trees I collected from my place of work at a school we are currently this summer if all goes well celebrating our centenary
The privet stumps I believe where planted soon after the school opened so I don’t want to make any hasty design mistakes I want to carve some features but don’t know what to take out and what to leave in please could somebody guide me in this venture please

Are you looking for someone to drop by and help you? To help you there, you would have totell us where you are located.
If you are looking for recommendations on what to take off, you would have to share some pictures
If you just want to know when to do the carving.. I would wait untill they are established in their pots, so next spring probably.

Hi
This is the other privet tree been it the container for about 18 months it is full of growth up this shows what it was like when I got them any help or ideas would be fab as I don’t have the eye to design and don’t want to end up putting it in the bin I am Wallasey based
