I also dissagree that beech bonsai needs to be big. I do prefere big trees in general. My garden is to big to fill with small Ones. Althou, nice shohin!

By now you should have read my post more than one time. It should then be clear that i never wrote (nor say) that a beech bonsai should be big.

I read it before responding. Must be a language thingy. You did write beeches are best as bigger bonsai. Omono size even, which is four-hand bonsai - two people needed to carry it - so much bigger than the example I posted.
