Can it recover? was created by rogerroger1212

I received this tree in December of 2018 and it has been losing branches over the past few months. Is it going through seasonal changes? There is no new growth for a few months. Also it is a lot smaller than when I got it. I repotted it once a month but i fear that may be too frequently.

I do not need a pouches to tell you your plant is dead and cannot be recovered.
