I have a Fukien White Tea tree. It recently started developing some neighbors in its soil. I've attached the a picture. Is this just a weed that I should remove?

Seems your plant has survived since your last post. Good for you!
And yes I would take weeds out. They only take in energy and nutrients that are meant for your own plant.

Well, there are not really any firm definition on weeds. This is a try to define the undefinable....
If you want it to grow it is not weed.
If you dont want it to grow it is weed.
If you can smoke it for recreational or medical use it is weed.
I would not want to grow it in a bonsai pot. So for me it is weed. Since I dont know what it is I am not sure if it would be considered weed in my garden.
