It looks like some form of fungal growth. Typically this indicates the plant is in a place with little ventilation or sun, both of which are needed for a healthy tree.

The tree, is next to the window...
The sun doesn't see it at all, but it does get light. Can I do something?

That will probably be useless, as, when the plant stays in the same conditions, you'll get the same problem back.

I'm not sure whether that will take away the cause of the problem.
I have no experience with this type of plant or any fungal growths for that matter.
However, I suggest you make sure the living conditions for the plant are met at first.
Make sure it gets plenty of light, and have a look here:

Yet again I dont have experience with this specific issue, so don't take my word for it and do your own research.
But if your tree is having a hard time, don't put too much stress on it.
So basically don't do too much work on the root system.
If you find roots that are rotting, take them away of course, but for the rest don't do a lot of other stuff.

Hello everyone.
I am here again.
Today i repotting the fukien tee.
This white think, in the first post photos finally is spognum moss... Yes... The soil has too much spognum moss inside...
I remove the first soil and i replace with mix soil (lava rock, akadama, pumice and unfertilized growing soil)
My problem is..... The reppoting took an hour.... In this hour, all the leaves watching from the bottom, some leaves came up and some dried up.... Only in a hour.... I finished the reppoting and watering the tree...
Everything is ok ??

Some photos from reppoting....
