Can anyone help me, please? I bought my bonsai 2 months ago, after 2 weeks, some leaves got dry and now almost all of them are dry and bloodless. Today I found out, that even branches are turning black.
Any advice?

Did you try watering it? Looks bone dry.

Of course, I water it every 2-3 days, when dirt gets dry.

All that junk on the surface is not helping. Also you have to water when needed not to a schedule. It looks dry to me although only you can tell that. I would prune the dead bits which would thin out the bulk and allow air and light into the middle. It needs to be in the brightest spot possible and away from any heat source. It is also possible but again only you can see that there may be insects on the underside of the leaves which is causing the leaves to die.
