Germination period

I have 2 trees ready for germination not sure what to do I have just took them out the fridge they have sprouted when do i water them do I keep them in the bag for a while. The are Italian cypress and dwarf mountain pine I'm not sure what to do

plant the seeds in a pot with e.g. potting soil or bonsai substrate. The seed just below the surface. do NOT press down. Water. Care for it as were it a plant.

I dont have any pots yet because the instruction tells me to keep it in the bag. What kind of soil? Can it be from my garden. It was a starter kit I got for my xmas so I really dont have anything I dont want it to die

Sorry just seen the potting soil il will go out tomorrow and buy some. Can I water it tonight when it's in the bag?

I presume there is moisture in the bag already? If so, there is no need to water. DId you have the bag in the fridge? Then just place it back there untill you are ready to plant the germs.
