My Carmona bonsai may have pests

Hello! One month ago I've bought my first bonsai. I recently noticed some small white (and I would also describe as somewhat slimy) insects in its soil and I'm not sure if they are dangerous for it or not. The tree seems fine so far, it keeps blooming almost every day, but its leaves seem a little weaker so I really don't know if I should be concerned. Also, if they are dangerous, what can I do to get rid of them? Is it enough to just change the soil?

Hey and welcome.
Soil is not sterile. Things live in there. So to understand what you are dealing with, a picture is really needed.
