Hi - Ive been given a bonsai - great! But we can't tell what kind it is, and I couldn't identify from the images on the website. All help appreciated!

Yes I googled but couldnt find any proper close up pictures. Someone mentioned it might be a sweet plum but as the images look a little different thought Id check. It does look like a carmona. Any way i can tell for sure?

Tree species, top of the page. Compare colour, shape and pattern of the foliage. It's easy.

OK.... look at the white dots on the leaves and compare again. This plant is really easy to recognize.

(You're doing bonsai, so you're going to need to do research. Wouldn't be helpful to just give you the answer )
