I have a Chinese sweet plum and have had it for 3 months now ( I'm unsure how old it is), during the past week about 90% of the leaves have turned yellow and crispy. I water it almost everyday and mist it and never let it dry out but I make sure it isn't wet before I water it. Its in a south facing window sill in a room of about 20 degrees Celsius. Its also had some fertilizer recently. Can somehow please help suggest as to why this is happening Thanks

Reality is that people who grow bonsai, don't grow sweet plums. I'm generalizing, of course, but in order to grow a sweet plum succesfully, you'd need to grow it in it's native climate. Indoors just is not a good climate for trees. This forum is floaded with people trying to grow trees indoors, and failing at that.
If you're really into bonsai, find something that grows well outdoors. Indoor growing of bonsai is practically always not a success.
If you're looking for ways to remedy the issue, search the forum. Questions like this are asked on a daily basis and answered as often.
