The tree in *440.jpg and *434.jpg might be something else.
Are both trees supposed to be the same species? Else I would consider Sageretia theezans for the *440.jpg tree.
Zelkova is in many things a very different tree species. Clicio is right,, but that difference only works if you either know both, or have them side by side Iconic is the zig-zag shape of branches in Zelkova. At each node/bud/leaf it will change direction of the branch, whereas the chinese elm will grow straight as an arrow.
Your chinese elm seems to be placed too warm / too dark. As a result the branches extend a lot with very few leaves in between. Not a big problem, but not ideal.

I only bought them from the shop yesterday, and both of my "new" trees were simply labelled "名媛直播"...lol. Their entire bonsai collection of the store is in the middle of the store where there is very little natural daylight and lots of heat, so youre suspicion of their conditions is correct ! I picked them up at 70% off and thought i would try and save them.
So, to confirm what you guys believe based on what youve seen: one is without any doubt a Chinese Elm, the other in 440.jpg is perhaps Sageretia Theezans, and my "old" tree is a Zelkova ?

Hard to tell for sure based on the images. I have not seen any clear pictures from your original nr 1 tree (A picture of leaves in front of a window does not make for a clear picture. Have a very critical look at the pictures you posted so far, and whether you can really see the differences between the leaves
