Recently, I've got Fukein Tea (Carmona) as a present fon New Year. The tree is 5 years old and it is a first plant I've ever got.

First week the tree was looking healthy.
But last 4 days, the leaves kept turning brown and then falling, about 4 to 6 leaves a day (screenshots)

I was watering it every day, but when the first leaves fell I panicked and started waterring the tree even more.
I water the plant every day (at 19:00) and sprinkle the leaves 2 times a day (08:00 and 19:00)

Also, 2 days ago I gave Compo fertilizer (screenshot).

I live in Ukraine, it is about 23+ degrees Celsius in my room (73 Fahrenheit).
Last four days I started opening window for the fresh air more.
Previously, I did it once in 2 days, as it is 1+ degrees Celsius (33.8 Fahrenheit) outside and I didn't want to get the plant cold.

Also, The plant is placed near the window (screenshot), but it is Winter, so there is barely any sun.

Can you please help me and tell me what should I do?
I suspect that I overwatered my tree and it doesn't get enough sunlight.
I am really lost and I don't want Yggdrasil (my tree's name) to die.

Welcome to the forum. It really looks like you have shoosen the wrong species f?r your climate.

If you want it to survive, you need to focus on light, lots of light and humidity. In your location I would guess a terrarium with artificial light is the Only solution.

Do you have any other suggestions for the meantime?

For example which terrarium and lights should I get? Should I get the tree to the store where I got the plant? As they might need to do some emergency actions to save it.

If you are watering it everyday It is likely that you are overwatering it. Your soil looks like it contains a lot of organic matter, which retains water really well. You want to keep the soil moist but not soaking wet. You want to let the top 2-3cm of soil dry out between waterings (less depth if you have a fairly shallow pot). Put your finger in the soil and wiggle it around. If it feels damp it doesn't need to be watered.
