Hello!
My boyfriend and I are new to the 名媛直播 art but have learned that we recently purchased a tree which is relatively difficult to care for as beginners.
We have a Snow Rose Serissa for about a month now and it has black leaves and a small amount of white mould on the trunk.
There is not a lot of light anywhere in the house, but it gets morning sunlight from our bedroom window.
We have been checking the soil and watering every other day, depending on how moist it is. Unfortunately, we are still getting the black leaves and white mould.
We would really love to keep this tree healthy, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you might be overwatering, Poor light and too warm is not a good combination. You need to water when it is needed not to a schedule, so wait until it is almost dry before watering again. Serrissa is one of the most difficult species. The species needs good light and sunshine more than it is getting now. If it survives until spring put it outside for the summer.

When taking care of a Serissa indoors, it is better to have a humidity tray under the plant. They need a humid environment to be healthy.

Okay, thank you! We are also using a "grow light" do you know if this can this be considered sufficient for envirnoments that do not get enough light?

I have attached a few photos, it is hard to see the black leaves and white mould. We have either black tip or whole black leaves, probably about 20-30% of the leaves right now. And the white mould is a very thin film on the bottom of the trunk
