Hi,
I’ve had my bonsai tree for just under a year now - I bought it in a uni plant sale in Bournemouth. It’s been thriving in my house and has looked amazing for ages growing plenty of leaves! However, as soon as I brought it home with my for Christmas the leaves have started to fall off and the soil is growing white fluffy what looks like mould. I have no idea what’s wrong with it as the soil is damp but the leaves just won’t stop falling off. Please help if you can - I love having this tree!

Partly it is winter no sun very poor light and poor soil. It is also too warm and dry air for this plant. It could possibly need to be repotted as the soil staying constantly wet is not good. If you can put it in a south facing window away from any heat source. Do not water again until the soil is almost dry.

Hello!
if the tree was outside and you brought it inside, it will suffer mainly because indoors the air is drier and light is not enough.
