Trunk with white spots

I had bought a Shinpaku (Jupiter) around two months and I noticed that it is appearing white marks, specially in the trunk.
As the attached pictures, some points are pretty white. I tried to clean but I could not solve the problem.
Somebody can help with this problem? What is the reason? What should I do...
The moss is also pretty yellow、any suggestion of what can I go to become a nice green?

Looks like it is just calcium buildup. If that is not what you mean, then please show a picture of exactly what you mean.
The moss gets brown when it dries up. I do not have moss on my substrate so canot help you there. I do everything to stop the moss from growin as it covers everything if I do not pay attention.

I believe it may be because of the water. I have been trying to use good water...
Yes, I also think it is some kind of salt, probably calcium so. Do you know how to take it out without damaging the three?

I am assuming you are now in summer. When fall hits it will wash off in the rain probably. We;lse, once you clean the trunk it comes off?
