Hey I just bought my first bonsai from lowes but im having some trouble identifying it! I think it's a juniper but I'd like another opinion and anything would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all In advance!

It is a juniper, and it will die.....unless..
- you put it outside
- get rid of the glued on fake moss and pebbles
- use this forum to start studying, there are hundreds of posts just like yours with the exact same mallsai ( that's your first search )

Thank you guys so much! I've removed the gravel and moss and now my little mate is sitting comfortably outside in the sun, I am curious about if I need to repot it or not as the soil seems to just be regular black gardening soil? Any advice?

M advice ( but who am i...): if you have to ask you are not ready to do what you are asking...
So, again, use the upcoming autumn and winter ( if you are on the northern hemisphere that is) to study.
For now just try and keep it alive, watering will be difficult enough for most people
