Hello, So I have had my tree for around 5 months maybe and it was doing well, but recently its been getting brown leaves and I haven't changed my routine with it. It showed good growth but its become sick I believe. I will attach a picture of the tree below.

A bit more info please:
- is it outside or inside?
- when did you wire it ? ( which is a very poor job btw, there are wires crossing each other}
- a picture of the entire tree would be nice too

Needles get brown at they mature. At a certain point they just are done for and the plant sheds them. That is what you are seeing on the inside of the tree.
The tips of the branches look lik you have revoved growing tips (Trimmed them). If this is the case then yeah, if you are not carefull you can damage the last needles and they die.
I see young sprouts developing on the inside and that is a good sign.
