I am looking for some help with my new bonsai tree, I am fairly new to the hobby and purchased this tree a couple months ago, it has been re-potted in Akadama/pumice/lava rock but the leaves look like they are dying. It gets morning sun and shaded in the afternoon. Soil is always moist but never soaking wet. Will I be able to get this tree healthy again?
Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Sure. Just keep the soil evenly moist. You chopped a lot of roots off, it now needs to re-establish.
Why did you repot directly? Typically, I prefer to get to know a plant and make sure they adjust to my local climate before major work.
