Hello! I have bren growing a Jacaranda Mimosfolia. It is about a year old now. It is top heavy and too big for its pot. I am wondering whether I need to report it and let it grow more and start pruning roots and branches around the two year mark, or if I should start pruning the branches now.
The tree is 16 centimetres now and growing. I have attached photos.
Thanks!

If you repot, I would just slip pot: So put it in a pot one size up.
As you do not have branches yet, you cannot prune branches. What you see are each individual leaves.
