Bought this Larch about 3 weeks ago, decided to wire it but keep it in its same pot until spring of next year. I have kept it facing the morning sun until about noon when the shade of my house starts covering it. I water every other day unless it rains I don't, I just make sure the soil stays moist. I gave it its first feed last week using Miracle-Gro 24-8-16 (albeit diluted pretty well) after doing some research and finding that it was ok for a bonsai.
This week I'm starting to notice most of the needles on the top are turning brown and a pale green from its usual lime green colors. I'm starting to think it might have been the feed I gave it, I don't know where to proceed from now, the bottom leaves seem to be ok for now, any recommendations or tips?

IF the Miracle-Grow you gave it is the Acidic formula they have, you might have killed it of PH shock.

Well, that doesn't sound good the bottom leaves haven't shown any signs of browning yet, they still look pretty healthy I didn't manage to take a shoot of those, should I repot the larch in different soil? or cut the branches that seem affected? and how do I know if the Miracle-Gro was acidic?

Read the label.
But as for your other questions, don't do anything drastic.
Water properly, don't fertilize, keep it in the open shade , perhaps unwire it carefully not to damage it even more.

the fertilizer sounds quite strong. Not sure how you diluted it. It looks like you burned the roots. I would flush the soil by effectively slowly pouring a full large watering can through the soil. and then give it moderate sun. Do not do anything else. Wait. Let the soil dry out slightly between watering aterwards.
