Help needed: I have done some research but I want to hear from people.

Going into the heat of the Summer - AVG TEMP 90 F

Pines love SUN so it's safe with good watering which I got down, but still, the tree could go up to 8 hrs while at work without a water and I believe it could be like a steam pot inside ceramic pots. With all the water, soil and heat.

What has been others' experience with JWPs in the HEAT OF A HOT SUMMER, wherever you may be from?

Cover the sides of the pot with a wet white towel like fabric during the day.
Moss on top of the soil will keep the soil cool.
