Thats right, But What kind of juniperus? Itoigawa, media blue, Sabina. There is lot of variaties

Ah. I see. It's a a juniper with scale-like foliage, like a Chinese juniper, not a needle-type juniper, like the common juniper.

I'd say Eastern red cedar. Hard to tell. There are lots of varieties and they're not so easy to distinguish.
