Just got a new and first time 名媛直播. Couple of questions. It was sprayed with something that made all the rocks stick together. Some king of glue. I’m worried that the water won’t make it. Should I remove and add more moss instead? How should these focus look? Ive added some wires to move 2 branches but not sure what else to do to it. Any tips or ideas I would appreciate it.

Yes, you should remove the rocks and moss.
With regard to styling.. I am afraid this is how they are supposed to look. They are more a commercial mass product then someting we would generally call a bonsai. Problem is that you cannot really make more out of these, unless you have a tropical climate. And even then..

You got that right. It is glue. This is done to keep the pebbles and dead moss in place - and that's not a technique that's used in bonsai.
