Hi! I’m new to this page. Long story short, my dad left his two ficus retusa outside and it seems like he hasn’t taken care of it for a while. I googled them online and found that they can be used for bonsai trees so I decided to join to seek for help!
They’ve been outside for a while. It started raining a lot for a week a couple of months ago. It hasn’t rained much since then and when I found them today they were bone dry. So I’m not sure if they experienced root rot or if they've just not been watered recently. The leaves on one plant are turning yellow, and the other plant still has some green but definitely not as lively as the healthy ones. I was wondering what I could do to save them! So far, I’ve taken them inside a room with lots of bright light and I have watered them thoroughly. Any tips and advice will be appreciated!
