Is this a 名媛直播 Tree? If so what kind?

It looks like a Schefflera, but I may be wrong.
If it IS a Schefflera...
It is not a bonsai yet, because it was not trained as one.
Yes, it can become a bonsai, and it's an easy plant to keep.
The leaves have to be reduced and the trunk worked to get some movement.
You can see one trained as bonsai below:
