I am not sure what type of tree this is. I have looked at the tree identification section and don’t see it. Ideas and suggestions on what to do with it please

It looks like a Ficus to me, very leggy from lack of light .

unclear. To me it does not look like ficus; I actually wonder whether it is a woody species at all. Feels like crassula, Kalanchoe species. Some srubby succulent.

So I should give it a hard pruning? And put it in direct sun?
