I bought this Ginseng Ficus 2-3 years ago out of curiosity, and the guy I spoke with who sold it to me said it was relatively easy to care for so I figured why not and went ahead and bought it. I'll be the first to admit despite having this tree for 3 years I still hardly know anything about and didn't take very good care of it. Just last week I felt guilty and decided I would strive to take much better care as I noticed it was hardly growing and the limbs looked kind of barren. So I re-potted it, gave it some food, water, sprayed it with some anti insect stuff and moved it outside in hopes my tree would spring back to life.

Yesterday I noticed some white blotches on the leaves but they were very faint, so I decided to wait to see if they would go away by themselves. Today I woke up and I noticed the white blotches have become a lot darker or cloudy if you will. I did some mild googling and saw it could be mold or hard water deposits but I am not too sure which it could be. Here are some photos of what the plant looks like. I also attached a photo of the spray I used in case its the culprit

Well, they look like hard water deposits to me, I wouldn't worry about it. Use rain water if possible.
On the other hand, the back label in your Neem Oil says 1% Neem and 99% "other products".
Pretty scary!

No, but the normal is 70% x 30% for plants.
