Hi guys,
I was given a snow Rose bonsai as a gift.
It was bought from a nursery.
The trunk and roots seem to have some moss on it. Is seems to be some sort of decoration.
Should I remove it? And how?
Or should it be fine with it on ?

First make sure they are real, alive mosses.
They can stay on the soil if the soil is draining well with them.
Then gently scrap the trunk with a toothbrush using 95% water and 5% vinegar.
Don't let the liquid drip down to the soil. Protect the soil if needed.
Wait for two hours before watering the tree.
