Hi,
My bonsai roots are covering with fungus as per the photo.. Will it make the whole thing rot in the long run? If yes how can i remove it? Tq

I see moss and algea on the roots. Not fungus.

This wil lnot make your roots rot. Healthy rots will not rot in any case. :)

I agree with LB. Algae could be a problem if they go up the trunk, but you can scrub it off with a nylon brush.
