Hi everyone. I'm new to this craft, and I'm slowly killing my first tree! I think I've overwatered it. Can you more experienced folks tell by looking at the pic if that is the case? If so, how can I revive it?

Well, yours seems to be a common problem; when one thinks a juniper is dying is because it is already dead for weeks.

The real bad news is that your little tree is no longer with us.
Dead as dead can be.
I'm sorry.
But...
Surely someone will suggest you keep it, maybe in the shade, with no ferts, with as little watering as possible, for six months.

And btw, that was not a bonsai, just a young juniper in a pot

This is slowly loosing color. Fact is.. The cascading branch is still green, but also slowly dying.
Question is, what makes it die like it is. I would not expect the cascade to still be this green.

Yes, the remaining green gave me some hope that it could be saved. Thanks for the replies.
