I guess i got sageretia. (?)
-What should i do with this plant right now? Should I try to cut it a bit and model now or wait till it grow more.

Hello.
It is healthy, keep it that way.
The soil is not the best, but I wouldn't repot this season, I would wait for it to get well with its new environment.
keep it outdoors as soon as the temperatures allow you.

Well, tips for future cutting...
I would not do it this year, but if you feel like you should, wait for some weeks (it's Spring, isn't it?), let the shoots have six or seven pairs of leaves, and reduce them to three or two pairs.
But.. I wouldn't do it, I'd rather let it grow a lot and reduce in Autumn, so the trunk gets thicker.
