Help! New tree getting light/dark brown tiger stripe markings on leaves! was created by Traveler1816

Hello everyone, I'm new to bonsai tree care and I tried to do as much research as I could before I got my tree however I'm concerned about this new development.
I have a Golden Gate Ficus, arrived a few days ago in surprisingly good condition. Along with the tree, I got a grow lamp because it'll be inside my office without any direct source of light. Anyways after a few hours off and on under the light along with misting/watering, I have started to notice that some of the leaves are getting odd colorations. Some leaves are getting a sort of brown-green outline while the middles look a healthy green. While other's are getting this odd splotching/tiger striping markings coming up on the leaves. The colors of these markings range from an almost dark browning color to a light discolored green. Overall the leaves feel healthy to the touch but the discoloring is worrying me.
Any tips on what I should do?? I don't want my first tree to get sick or die on me!

Could be nothing. Old ficus leaves get brown/yellow spots when old, and simply fall down.
Could be lights too close to the leaves, the ideal is natural light.
But could be a fungus issue: "Black spot leaf disease shows itself first with black spots appearing on the leaf, then with rings of yellow as the spots grow, until the leaf turns entirely yellow and then falls off. If left untreated, black spot spreads rapidly and weakens plants severely. As a soil-borne fungus, it's present at all times, even deep winter. Proper care can greatly reduce the instances of this disease."
Is there a chance it gets some sun during the day? Near a big window, for instance? They really like warmth and natural light.
